Yes, Italy requires a confirmed hotel reservation for every single night of your stay in the Schengen area.
Does the Italian embassy in Amman require an interview?
Usually no, but they may call you for a brief phone interview to verify your travel plans or employment status.
Can I travel to other Schengen countries with an Italian visa?
Yes. An Italian short-stay visa covers the whole Schengen area under the 90/180-day rule, as long as Italy is your main destination — the longest stay or the first point of entry.
How early should I apply for the Italy visa?
